The Client Brief
The client wanted a distinctive office that would feel professional and established without becoming cold or overly formal. The workplace needed to improve daily operations, accommodate different working styles and create a memorable first impression for every visitor.

The Design Response
The concept uses warmth, transparency and rhythm to give the workplace its architectural character. Rich walnut finishes are balanced with warm neutrals, dark framing and textured surfaces, establishing a refined and confident material palette.
Fluted-glass partitions and decorative screens separate different functions while allowing light and visual connection to continue through the office. Custom workstations, executive desks, storage units and meeting furniture were designed as part of the interior rather than treated as separate additions.
The reception becomes the main expression of the HPM brand. Integrated signage, layered timber detailing and concealed lighting create a strong first impression, while comfortable visitor seating introduces a more welcoming atmosphere.
Throughout the office, carefully planned lighting highlights the joinery, artwork and architectural elements. Open work areas encourage communication, while executive rooms and the boardroom provide privacy for focused work, meetings and decision-making.
