45 AVM Urban Forum

45 AVM Shopping Centre, Integrated Façade, Landscape & Interior Design, Manisa, Türkiye. The 45 AVM Shopping Centre was designed as a fully integrated commercial project encompassing façade design, landscape architecture, and interior design to create a cohesive and contemporary retail destination. The design approach focused on establishing a strong architectural identity while delivering a seamless spatial experience from arrival through to interior retail environments. The façade design was developed to present a bold, modern expression that responds to the urban context of Manisa, enhancing visibility and presence within the city while reinforcing the shopping centre’s commercial character. Landscape design plays a key role in shaping the public realm, guiding pedestrian movement, softening the building scale, and creating welcoming outdoor spaces that connect architecture with its surroundings. Internally, the interior design prioritises clarity, circulation, and user comfort across retail, leisure, and shared public zones. Material selection, lighting strategy, and spatial planning were carefully coordinated to support tenant visibility, improve wayfinding, and elevate the overall shopping experience. Together, the integrated façade, landscape, and interior design deliver a unified commercial environment that balances architectural quality, functionality, and long-term commercial performance—positioning 45 AVM as a contemporary retail landmark within Manisa.
